Every year, DELIVER brings together Europe’s leading minds in retail and logistics. And every year, it gives us something to take home.
This June in Amsterdam, we spent two days surrounded by people who are building the future of delivery. Not pitching it, not theorizing it, but actually doing the work. It wasn’t at all about flashy claims or bold predictions. It was about shared challenges, practical solutions, and meaningful ideas. Now that we’re back from DELIVER Amsterdam 2025, here is what stood out this year and why it matters for last-mile and retail logistics.
A room full of people who understand the work
What makes DELIVER valuable for Urbify is the quality of the conversations. These are people who know the grind. They understand what it takes to build a delivery experience that works without cutting corners.
Across the floor, you could feel the shift toward not only speed alone, but control, communication, and consistency. These are the things that customers are starting to expect and these are the things that smart teams are prioritizing.
What we noticed
Some themes came up again and again.
- Fast is still important, but predictable is becoming non-negotiable
- Delivery is part of a brand, not just a line on a spreadsheet
- Customers expect to be kept in the loop, not left guessing
- Sustainability isn’t a trend anymore. It’s a baseline
All of this aligns with what we’ve been building. But hearing it echoed by others made it even clearer that the industry is moving in a shared direction.
Why we’ll keep showing up
We don’t attend events for visibility. We go to stay in touch with the people asking the right questions.
DELIVER isn’t just a calendar slot. It’s where we test our thinking, get new perspectives, and have conversations that actually shape how we move forward.
We’re already looking ahead to the next one. See you next year!
